The Hudson Park I and II are part of a two tower series constructed by Charlesfort. Both are located side-by-side in the heart of Centretown in Ottawa’s business district. Inspired by New-York Art Deco, the exterior architecture of the Hudson Park buildings is astounding.

The Hudson Park buildings bring their classy exterior design to the inside. The lobbies are tastefully detailed and decorated. All units feature 9-foot ceilings giving the feel of being in the “Big Apple”. The common rooms in both buildings exhibit New-York style décor and includes a bar, kitchenette, fireplace, and flat screen TV. Other amenities include indoor parking, fitness facilities, and a large rooftop terrace which is equipped with barbeques and plenty of seating overlooking the cit. With styling from “the city that never sleeps”, residents may forget they live in Ottawa.

As a sustainability effort, the Hudson Park series of condo buildings have taken initiatives in order to be eco-friendly towers. Efforts include water efficiencies, energy efficiencies, and many others.
